The restaurant had good food, we both ordered simple dishes. Our room had a convenient kitchenette with a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. The location was excellent, just a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go....

we stay because of its closeness to the airport as we had an early flight out of Auckland. Their shuttle was great even at 4.30am. Very friendly staff. Would gladly stay there again

Decent place, pretty tidy, and the staff is super friendly except for the manager 🙄. The building and rooms are nice, and there's enough space for the whole family to chill.

Arrived at 1500hrs Saturday office locked, 30 minute wait to check in,if hadn't booked online would not have waited, when he did arrive he was very surly.Unit smelt of stale smoke.No towels in unit, Sunday approx1230hrs LOUD ANGRY VULGAR verbal argument between "managers' in carpark outside our unit witnessed by my wife myself and cleaning staff. Paint off wall in unit.Scum on spa bath, not cleaned. Bearing in mind this was their top dollar delux unit.Never again
